By using this website and/or booking services with Naturalee Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
Naturalee Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to maternity, newborn, family, engagement, portrait, and wedding sessions. All services are provided as described on the website.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only once the deposit (if applicable) is paid.

  • Full payment is required as outlined in the package you select.

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where legally required.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.

  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

  • Any issues during the session must be communicated promptly.

4. Image Delivery and Usage

  • Turnaround time for edited images will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Clients receive digital images as per the package purchased.

  • All images remain the property of Naturalee Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may use images for personal purposes. Any commercial use requires written permission.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with sufficient notice (typically 48–72 hours).

  • Missed sessions without notice may result in loss of deposit or payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Naturalee Photography will take all reasonable care but is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, illness, or technical failures.

  • Liability for any claims related to services is limited to the amount paid for the session.

7. Website Use

  • You may use the website for browsing and enquiries only.

  • Unauthorized use of content, including copying or redistribution of images or text, is prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of NSW/Australia.
