Can we have all the photos from the session?
At Naturalee Photography, we believe in quality over quantity. While you might hear the steady click of the camera throughout your session (we do love capturing every sweet moment), part of our job happens after the shoot—carefully reviewing and curating your images.
We thoughtfully select the very best photos, removing any with closed eyes, awkward expressions, unflattering lighting, or duplicates (and yes, there are many duplicates!). This curation ensures that when your gallery is ready, you're receiving only the most beautiful, emotive, and storytelling images from your session.
For this reason, we do not provide every photo taken during the session, and we also do not release unedited or RAW image files.

How do we receive our images?
Once your images have been lovingly edited, you’ll receive an email with a private link and password to access your own online client gallery. This gallery is exclusive to you and anyone you choose to share it with.
To help you choose your favourites, the initial gallery will include all the best images from your session in a watermarked format. From there, you'll be able to select the number of images included in your package to download in high resolution, watermark-free. You’ll also have the option to purchase additional images or even unlock the full gallery for a flat fee if you fall in love with more than you expected (it happens!).
You’ll have 14 days from the date the email is sent to download your selected images to your phone or computer. The platform we use ensures professional-quality downloads—just like receiving a USB, but quicker and more convenient.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my photoshoot?
At Naturalee Photography, we don’t shoot in a traditional studio—we work in the beautiful, ever-changing outdoors. Nature is our backdrop, and while that brings a magical and natural feel to your photos, it also means we’re at the mercy of the weather.
If the forecast calls for poor weather on the day of your session, we’ll reach out the evening before or the morning of to reschedule. We know this can be disappointing or inconvenient—especially if it happens more than once—but it’s a necessary step to protect both our equipment and the quality of your final images.
Please note: this weather policy applies only to outdoor sessions.
Sessions held in select indoor-access locations, or in-home newborn sessions, will go ahead as planned unless otherwise discussed.

What is your cancellation policy?
To secure your session date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit reserves your spot in our calendar and covers the time and preparation that goes into planning your session—even before the camera comes out.
If you need to cancel your session entirely, please understand that this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. However, we know life can be unpredictable—especially with little ones—so we do our best to be flexible where we can.
If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, we’re happy to reschedule your session once at no additional charge, and your deposit will be transferred to your new date (subject to availability).
For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited.
